‘Clash Royale’ Major Balance Updates Including Reduced Hit Points Of Elite Barbarians, Reduced Damage By The Zap Spell And More

The introduction of the Elite Barbarians on the "Clash Royale" made a significant change on how the players use the said card as it overpowered most of the current meta in the game. Supercell obviously noticed this as it plans to bring major balance changes to the game according to iTechPost.

Elite Barbarians

Supercell has reduced the hit points of the Elite Barbarians by 4%, reduced damage by 4% and increased hit speed to 1.5 seconds from 1.4. The combined effect should be noticed by the players when the change goes live.

Zap Spell

One of the most common cards that are being used by most players is the Zap Spell. The damage however, has been reduced by 4%. This mean the Zap won't instantly kill Goblin Barrels anymore.

Mega Minion

This card is also one of the commonly used cards by the players. The damage was reduced by 4% and the hit speed changed to 1.5 seconds from 1.4.

The Log

The knock-back effect of this card has been reduced while the damage will be 4% less powerful.

Ice Golem

One of the top defensive options in the game, the Ice Golem's hit points has been reduced by 5% meaning it won't tank as much damage as before, while the death damage radius and slow durations has also been reduced.

Wizard

Although most cards have been reduced by either damage or hit points, the Wizard however, has been given an additional range of .5 tiles making it the same range as the Ice Wizard.
