Huawei P10 Leaked Photo Released Before MWC, Back Fingerprint Sensor Removed

Huawei has just confirmed its attendance in the upcoming 2017 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain teasing the tech and gadget community with an unveil of a new flagship device. However, a few weeks before the tech show, an alleged leak of the not yet released Huawei P10 has made its round on the internet.

Huawei will be one of the must see smartphone brands in the 2017 MWC. This has been confirmed by the smartphone maker after sending invites to its own event in the MWC. According to reports, the Huawei invitation came with a message that the company will be releasing a flagship device in the event.

Though it is unclear as to what device will be unveiled speculations have already spread that the company may be releasing the successor to its popular Huawei P9 flagship smartphone unit. Several alleged leaks of the not yet released Huawei P10 smartphone have already made its way on the internet indicating some of the Huawei P10 features that the new flagship phone will have.

In the recent alleged leaked image posted by Twitter user Android Pure, the back cover of the upcoming Huawei P10 was revealed. In the shared photo, what is immediately noticeable is the absence of the fingerprint sensor. The Huawei P9 fingerprint sensor is placed in the back of the smartphone unit.

 The recently leaked image of the purported Huawei P10 has sort of confirmed the speculation that Huawei has opted to put the fingerprint sensor of the new flagship Huawei smartphone in the front and do away with its current design featuring a fingerprint sensor at the back of the device.

Also, according to some reports, one of the rumored Huawei P10 features is that it will be sporting a curved display. The new flagship Huawei smartphone will allegedly be powered by the tech company's own processor, the Kirin 960.
