Before the release of the highly anticipated "Ghost Recon Wildlands," the tenth installment in the franchise, here are a few things fans should know according to US Gamer.

The game features an open world environment that is bigger than any of Ubisoft has ever developed with 21 different regions across 11 different ecosystems. It was mentioned that the game contained 7 million different trees, rocks and bushes, 150 kilometers of railways, 800 kilometers of road and many more locations that include villages and landmarks.

While the game does have its story arc the players can follow, the game is open from the very start as players may choose where to start their missions. However, each region has its own difficulty level so players may base their strategy on those levels. Either start from the toughest or start from the easiest is really up to the players.

The game can be played as a single player or in an online multiplayer mode. If the player chooses single player, they are assigned AI-driven allies to assist them in battle. Players may control these allies by a wheel-type interface that allows players to directly position the same as well as giving basic actions. In addition, it was mentioned that the AI will adapt to players' style of gameplay.

One of the best features of this game is the ability to customize the player's weapons. The game includes 50 firearms of assault rifles, sniper rifles, machine guns, pistols and shotguns just to name a few. Other weapons will be available after completing specific missions in the game.
