Pangu Delays Release Of Jailbreak For iOS 10.2 Yet Again, Todesco Releases Beta iOS 10.2 Jailbreak [Video]
Cris Xander JulianoWith constant updates of Apple to its iOS 10 firmware, hackers are having trouble coming up with the working solution for its jailbreak as Pangu delays its hack yet again, even though the group just recently promised to release its jailbreak tool, according to Mobipicker.
Apple recently released the iOS 10.2.1 update that brings added features for its devices, although users that are looking to jailbreak their devices are not recommended to download and install the latest update. Pangu perhaps is waiting for a stable version of iOS 10 in order to finish their work on the hacking tool.
Rumors have circulated that Pangu showed a demo of the weaknesses of the latest firmware, although no such official announcement has been made by the hacking group. Pangu may still be working on fixing loopholes of the jailbreak before releasing the same to the public as a stable jailbreaking tool. For the meantime, a jailbreak for iOS 9.3 is currently available.
In addition, hacker Luca Todesco released his version of the iOS 10 jailbreak; however, the said hacking tool is still in beta and is only effective on 64-bit devices that have the iOS 10 or 10.2 firmware. Those devices are limited to iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6s and the iPhone SE. See the video below.
iOS hackers Stefan Esser and Todesco claimed that their stable jailbreaking tool will be released soon and the former also hinted that his tool would be able to fix problems that came with the iOS 10.1.1 version.
Right now, the only option for users' looing to free their iOS devices, although still in beta, is Todesco's Yalu jailbreak. Are you willing to wait for a stable iOS 10 jailbreak? Write and share your thoughts on the comments section down below.
