'The Big Bang Theory' Season 11 Confirmed; Jimmy Parsons Excited for Sheldon Cooper Spinoff!
Rommel"The Big Bang Theory" (TBBT) actor Jim Parsons feels excitement over Sheldon Cooper Spinoff which is set for release soon. Rumors of the cancellation of "The Big Bang Theory's" Season 11 has been spreading like wildfire--much to the dismay of the show's fans. Since the show's premiere, it has gained a wide following from fans all over the world.
"The Big Bang Theory" lead star, Jim Parsons, however, was quick to dispel the rumors and instead, surprised fans that the show could possibly have a spinoff series. In his interview with Entertainment Tonight, Parsons intimated how excited he is for the upcoming spinoff of TBBT based on his character in the said show. While the 43-year-old actor would not take the lead role, Parsons will, nevertheless, produce the show--the first time he is going to do so.
"I would advise that actor to watch me as little as possible, and take that thing by the horns, and make it your own" Parsons said to the prospective actor who would be playing Sheldon Cooper in the TBBT spinoff. He added that "[the writers] have done, from the beginning, such a good job of building such a history and a layered nature to all these characters."
In addition, Parsons showed his support to the idea of elaborating on Sheldon Cooper's back story and has intimated how a wise decision it was from the network's management. While the spinoff is set to follow a different storyline, "The Big Bang Theory" actor has, nevertheless, expressed excitement and full support for the said spinoff.
Meanwhile, it has been reported via Spoiler Scoop that chances of a TBBT Season 11 are very high and is most likely to occur. Johnny Galecki, one of the lead stars of the show, has revealed that the writers of the series were already working on the script of the show's upcoming season.
Galecki's revelation is supported by no other than Glenn Geller, CBS Entertainment President, who also confirmed that TBBT Season 11 is indeed set to come soon. According to him, negotiations for the show's renewal have already begun and the show's future looks very promising.
The fans' excitement over the developments of a new spinoff and a new season of "The Big Bang Theory" is very much felt as clamors for it have been making rounds online recently.
