The bedroom scenario in "Resident Evil 7's" Banned Footage Vol. 1 lets players take on the role of Clancy, the cameraman from the demo. It takes a lot of wits to escape from the clutches of Marguerite Baker. To help you out with that, here's a handy guide. 

In the "Resident Evil 7" Banned Footage Vol. 1, you'll find yourself strapped. Don't eat the food Marguerite brings you, but pick up the spoon. Interact with the strap to free yourself from it. Take the lantern and proceed to the dresser. Inside the small urn atop the dress is a lighter -- take it. Check out the clock on the nightstand; interact with it to get the broken clock hand.

Pick the lock on the grandfather clock by the door, then take the untitled painting A. Marguerite comes back once the clock dings, so hang the lantern back and relock yourself in the bed. Once she leaves, examine the wall where you picked up the painting. You will see some imprints in which you can match the shapes on the wall: B, C, A.

The book underneath the paintings will open up, then you get the sewing needle stuck in the voodoo doll. Return painting B and C, but hold on to painting A. Go back to the nightstand and place both needles onto the clock, set it to 5:00 to reveal a snake key door.

Marguerite returns with another meal - again, don't eat it but get the fork and the stove. Get up, get the lantern, and solve the combination lock on the door adjacent to the dresser. The solution to the puzzle is: snake, fig leaf, apple, from the clues on the note you'll find on the side of the bed where you get the lantern.

Proceed to the wardrobe by the back of the room and crouch down, use the fork to pry the nail and get the solid fuel. Go back to the main bedroom to pick up painting B again. Check if the bed slid back into position and the door to the side of room is closed.

Combine the stove with the solid fuel in your inventory and place the stove on the plate. Light it up using your lighter, which will kill spiders and get you the corkscrew. By now, you can grab the snake key in the bird cage. Marguerite will come after Clancy, so make sure you already have the knife out. Once she tries to grab Clancy, stab her in the neck. Run to the snake key door on the floor, rush into the passage to complete the "Resident Evil 7: Banned Footage Vol 1. Bedroom" DLC.
