"Prison Break" Season 5 spoilers tease that the premiere will be filled with action and mystery. In a recent Q&A with the show's writers on Twitter, it has been revealed that viewers will see quite a packed premiere episode ahead when the show returns on April 4.

Not much is known about the "Prison Break" revival aside from the fact that Michael (Wentworth Miller) is still alive and is locked up in a prison in Yemen. His brother, Lincoln (Dominic Burrows) and former girlfriend, Dr. Sara Tancredi (Sarah Wayne Callies) will devise a plan to rescue and get him out of prison.

Many fans are also looking forward to the complicated relationship between Michael and Sara now that the latter has found herself a new husband in "Prison Break" Season 5. Michael will also learn that he and Sara have a son named after him.

Meanwhile, Digital Spy reports that the "Prison Break" revival cast are optimistic about the show's future. Miller expressed in an earlier interview that as long as there is a good storyline, he would always be interested in reprising his role for the series.

Callies, on the other hand, explained that "Prison Break" Season 5 was originally planned as a limited series. Robert Knepper, who plays T-Bag in the Fox revival, expressed his interest in seeing former cast members such as William Fichner (Alexander Mahone) return should the series be renewed for season 6.
