"Prison Break" Season 5 will be premiering in April with new episodes eight years after the series aired its season 4 finale. "Prison Break" Season 5 spoilers tease that 'MiSa' fans may not get their wish granted for their favorite couple. In a recent post on Twitter, the show's writers responded to a fan's question as to how Michael (Wentworth Miller) and Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) will celebrate Valentine's Day.

The writers responded that they will not be able to celebrate the occasion given their current situations. In the "Prison Break" revival, Michael is locked up in a prison in Yemen while Sara is married to another man, Jacob.

This seemingly shuns away hope among 'MiSa' fans who have been hoping to see Michael and Sara get their happy ending in "Prison Break" Season 5. Several fans, however, were optimistic that Sara will leave her new husband when she realizes that Michael is still alive.

Meanwhile, a new "Prison Break" Season 5 poster was released, which shows Michael and his brother, Lincoln (Dominic Purcell), reports EW. The tagline caught the attention of a lot of fans since the Fox revival has been teasing for quite some time that the escape from prison is just the beginning.

In the "Prison Break" revival, Lincoln and Sara will discover that Michael is still alive and will try to get him out of prison. However, Michael's involvement with a terrorist group will make his escape from prison as well as the country even harder.

"Prison Break" Season 5 premieres on April 4 on Fox.
