"Diablo" fans are hoping that Blizzard will finally shift its efforts to developing "Diablo 4." Many are already waiting for the announcement of the next game installment.

New title expected

MMO Examiner said in a recent report said that "Diablo 3" is almost reaching its fifth anniversary and Blizzard should step up its game in introducing another title. Instead of coming up with new content, the same report suggested that the game developer should just come up with a new title for the fans.

It was also noted that the gap between two games from the franchise should not be extended any more as fans have already waited long enough for the next Diablo game to arrive. Many are keeping their fingers crossed that Blizzard will heed the call of the fans and gamers.

Console availability

According to Digital Spy, "Diablo 4" could be another cross-platform game which will be made available for consoles like the Xbox One, PS3, PS4, PC, Mac and Xbox 360. This is a big leap from the original Diablo game which was only released for the PlayStation and PC.

Though there is still no definite release date for the "Diablo 4," it has been indicated that Blizzard has posted job openings on their website. The postings stated that those who will be hired will work on an "unannounced" project for the game developer.

Manpower for 'Diablo 4'

Many are speculating that the project could be an expansion for Diablo or better yet "Diablo 4" itself. It also indicates that Blizzard is hoping to expand its workforce to prepare for something big that the company is releasing.

"Diablo 4" is hoped to introduce better item designs when it becomes available for players, Game-Pro24 added. This is said to be one of the areas that "Diablo 3" failed to develop or highlight on.
