Almost five years after the release of "Diablo 3," players of the game may already be waiting for the next installment of the franchise. Many are anticipating that the example of "Diablo 3" may be difficult to follow.

For "Diablo 4," some fans say that they would like to see a whole new introduction from what Blizzard Entertainment can offer. With the game series extending for almost twenty years, players are already hungry for something new.

Fresh, new offering

Polygon's Rowan Kaiser highlighted that he imagines "Diablo 4" to take a completely different direction from the earlier released titles. "A science fiction action RPG that combines energy weapons and pseudo-magic to build a new set of enemies and heroes," he added.

He claimed that introducing something new to "Diablo 4" will make the franchise exciting again. Kaiser noted that many gamers will appreciate a fresh look and feel in the next release.

'Diablo 4' release date

It was earlier reported that Blizzard Entertainment could already working on "Diablo 4" but players may see it in a couple of years. Fans could also expect more additional content for "Diablo 3" even though a lot has already been introduced in the past year.

Blizzard hiring more people

The posting of job openings on the human resources department page of Blizzard could indicate that the game developer is looking for more hands to work on "Diablo 4." Even if the additional manpower is not needed for the next title, they could be tapped for a remake or another expansion for "Diablo 3."

Bill Roper's possible return is also something that fans are looking forward to. The Disney Interactive Studios general manager previously worked on the second offering of Diablo games. Are you excited for the release of "Diablo 4?"
