"State of Decay 2" developer Undead Labs has confirmed that they will be unraveling more information about the game. However, before they are about to reveal any details about the game, a new concept art has been revealed online.

The concept art was uploaded on Undead Labs' official site for the game. The rural vibe is strong on the first title. Although that is still an element on "State of Decay 2," the concept art showed a little more industrialized area.

"This image shows a really early (as in before we even announced to the community) exploration into what a more industrial area might look like in 'State of Decay 2,'" Undead Labs wrote. "We were feeling our way through the process of keeping the rural vibe, but add in a little more industrialization. While this exact scene does not appear in the game, you will see elements like factories and railroad tracks."

However, it should be noted that the concept art shown on their site does not necessarily mean it would appear on "State of Decay 2." It's merely a basis and could change a whole lot once it's on the game. Still, it appears that the exploration will take place on more dreary and moody places.

Apart from the newest "State of Decay 2" concept art, a few more had been released over the past weeks. There was an art that showed the same picture, but one is taken at night and the other during the day. Undead Labs then noted how they create the lighting in the game.

As of writing, there aren't a lot of details about "State of Decay 2." According to GameSpot, all there is to know is that it will be "substantially bigger" than the first title. Apparently, it's a four player co-op game, wherein it allows players to split up.
