Asus Zenfone 3 Go: Budget Smartphone Might Release During MWC 2017
Gloven RamosAfter almost two years when the Asus released the Zenfone Go ZC500TG, another smartphone under the Go-series will again be release by the company. The news started when the information about the rumored Zenfone 3 Go leaked and was exposed online.
The poster ad of the Zenfone 3 Go is now spreading online, where alleged major features were shown. As of now, Asus is still mum about the rumors and hasn't confirmed any details about it.
Based on the leaked information and previous speculations, the Zenfone 3 Go is not very different from the Zenfone 3 series, except for some minimal physical changes and its price. It shows that the device will feature a similar metal build to the Asus original Zenfone 3, but the new handset will be a simpler with a smaller camera module and a basic Asus logo in the middle. The new smartphone will not have a rear-mounted button, nor any physical controls on the front.
According to GSM Arena, the new Zenfone 3 Go's might not be that impressive considering its cheap price. It is said to be powered by Android 7.0 Nougat, and will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, Quad-core CPU and Adreno 306 GPU. 16GB of internal storage with up to 256GB of removable storage support and 2GB of RAM are also reported to be part of the Zenfone 3 Go's specs.
Different approximated prices have been rumored about the device, however the only sure thing is it will be a lot cheaper than the Zenfone 3. The Asus Zenfone 3 Go might be released during the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2017 this coming Sunday, according to Tech First Post.
