Samsung launched its Galaxy C9 Pro smartphone back in October 2016. The phone sports a 6-inch touchscreen display with 1080x1920pixels resolution. Now, the smartphone along with the Galaxy C5 Pro and the C7 Pro have made an appearance on the Chinese certification website, TENAA.

While the Galaxy C7 Pro and the C9 Pro were launched in India this year bearing price tags of INR 17,990 (about $280) and INR 36,900 (about $572) respectively, the Galaxy C5 Pro has not hit the store shelves in the country yet, despite arriving in China this year.

Bearing the model number SM-C9008, the recently spotted version of the Galaxy C9 Pro comes with the same specifications as the original Galaxy C9 Pro, which carried the model number SM-C9000. The only striking difference is the internal memory capacity -- the new C9 Pro packs a mammoth 128GB of internal memory, GSM Arena reported.

The original Galaxy C9 Pro was up for grabs in a slew of color options including gold, pink gold, and black, contrary to only two color options mentioned in the TENAA listing for the new C9 Pro 128GB version. Let's take a look at other specifications and features of the original smartphone:

A 1.44GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor fires up the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, which packs 6GB of RAM with 64GB of internal expandable storage (up to 256GB via a microSD card). In the photography front, Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro features a 16MP camera on the back and a 16MP front shooter for the selfie addicts, Gadgets 360 reported.

Furthermore, the C9 Pro's dimensions are 169.90 x 80.70 x 6.90 (height x width x thickness) and it weighs in at 189grams. The dual-SIM (GSM + GSM) phone boasts Separate Memory Card Slot and comes with the dual speaker and 4K video playback capability. This device also supports 3.5 mm audio jack, S secure and S Power Planning features.

In terms of design, the device features a full metal unibody form factor, according to the C9 Pro description on Samsung's official website. The Galaxy C9 Pro boasts a slew of connectivity features including GPS, Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/n/ac), and Bluetooth 4.2. Aside from that, it has a fingerprint sensor and USB Type- C Support.
