The new Android version will promise something that iOS has not yet offered. Alongside the release of Android Nougat, Google is set to feature the Instant Apps.
Almost a year ago, during the Google I/O 2016, it was the first time the public has seen the features of Android Nougat. However, during that time, it was not yet all gear up when Google initially released it. This might not the same situation now. Google is said to be working hard in preparing the Android Nougat for other devices also that are run by Android 7 as well as devices run by older versions of Android, BGR had this reported in an article.

Instant Apps is all about the ability of users to try out an application even without downloading it. Provided that it will serve its purpose, this new feature will give users solutions to their usual problem. One is, it will be an aid to save more storage because there are some applications that are not frequently used by a certain user, says Phone Arena. The other advantage of this is that users don’t have to pay in order to try an application. Developers will provide a portion of their application for a trial. Lastly, this will not only work on Android Nougat devices but it will also be available on other devices as long as it has the Google Play.

There are also various new features in the Google Play Store 7.8 update, 9to5Google cited. Meanwhile, Google has completed its Nougat Beta Program and it will be released to Nexus and Pixel devices now. However, this would not mean a bugless update. Soon after this, Google is promising to start the Android O Public Beta Program, according to Wccftech.

The Android O developer preview has begun a few months ago, yet Google has to upgrade it to the public beta program. The next Android O developer preview is said to be released probably in the middle of May. This is the time that the Android O public beta program is expected to be available and it is most likely to take place at the same time the Google I/O developer happens on May 17 to 19
