After the hype created by the leaked images few days ago, OnePlus 3 is again in the news. Thistime, the stir has been caused by the Chinese smartphone manufacturing company, One Plus's CEO, Pete Lau. He recently took to Twitter to share his thought on the much-awaited device and thus paved the way for rumors. Pete tweeted that the upcoming smartphone has exceptional features and that it "feels good to hold it."
GMS Arena reported that the latest stint by the CEO is being considered as another marketing strategy for the upcoming OnePlus 3 device. Lau's post have hinted at the possibility that the new device would be more focused on the quality and design aspects.
Earlier, there were reports that few images of the OnePlus 3 smartphone were leaked online. It was also reported that the OnePlus 3 looks similar to the HTC 10 and the iPhone 6s, reported IB Times. The images also revealed that the new device consist of a USB Type-C port with a 3.5 mm audio jack and a home button, which is expected to consist of a fingerprint scanner.
With that said, the internet is also trending with the expected specs and features of the much-awaited OnePlus 3 smartphone. The rumors suggest that the new device will be launched with two variants I.e. 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM, reported Droid Life. The difference in the two devices is reported to be the internal storage and pricing. The 4GB variant will consist of 32 GB internal storage and is rumored to be priced at $300. While the 6GB variant will feature 64 GB internal storage and is expected to be priced at $380.
Further, according to the rumors, the upcoming OnePlus 3 will sport a 5.5-inch screen with super AMOLED display. It is also reported that the new device will consist of Snapdragon 820 processors with a 3000mAh battery.
Moreover, The Verge reported that the smartphone will also sport 16-megapixel primary camera and 8-megapixel front facing camera. Also, the OnePlus 3 smartphone is expected to consist of Android 6.0.1 Marshmellow operating system.
Meanwhile, the reports also suggest that the much-awaited OnePlus 3 device will be released with a flagship killer tagline, similar to its predecessors.
