Who would ever forget the colorful costumes and fighting moves of the "Power Rangers"? Thus, a movie will surely make its fans, especially the '90s kids, reminisce their childhood.

Back to the time when CGI and highly-advanced special effects were not yet available, the Saban Entertainment's classic series was a big hit as viewers were already awed with how each fight scene was made, particularly when the five young heroes had to battle against the periodic antagonists.

A lot of those who were avid followers of the show during their childhood days might have even tried doing the ever-famous morphing stage, and released their assault machines called Zords.

Will the new "Power Rangers" movie bring back the feel of the original Saban project?

In an interview with Josh Horowitz of MTV during the San Diego Comic-Con, Dacre Montgomery, who portrays the role of Red Ranger, revealed that the remake of the Saban classic will be a "coming of age."

He emphasized, though, that despite that, it will make sure that the fun in the original "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" will still be captured in the remake, making it "incredibly entertaining and fun."

This was explained further by Becky G (Yellow Ranger) when she shared that the upcoming "Power Rangers" movie will keep "the true essence of the original story, but it's still relevant to now," to which Ludi Lin (Black Ranger) added, "We stripped a few things away, but the Power Rangers are still there."

Meanwhile, director Dean Israelite explained why they opted to remove "Mighty Morphin" from the reboot's title.

"I think it's a conscious decision to note that we are taking this to a new reimagined, reinvented place, and that yes, it's going to be the origin story of these five kids from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - but we're bringing it to its own arena," he dished about the new "Power Rangers" movie.

In the meantime, Naomi Scott (Pink Ranger), when asked by Nerdist which among the Zords will be featured in their upcoming project, she teased, "I'd be a bird so that I can fly. And my Zord is the only one that can fly so..."

To complete the team, RJ Cyler will play as Blue Ranger.

Catch the young heroes in "Power Rangers" movie in March 2017.
