The meeting, dubbed by Tech Crunch, states that the company would stay committed with its desktop business. Desktops are a powerful tool in today's era that is why a continuous innovation of the device is an aspect Apple won't let go of.

Cook responds on a question whether Apple will still take hold of its desktops:

"If there's any doubt about that with our teams, let me be very clear: we have great desktops in our roadmap. Nobody should worry about that".

According to Gadget NDTV, Apple revealed its new Mac Pro model in October which is the highlight of the gadget's 25th anniversary. This supports the statement of Cook saying that, "...desktop is very strategic for us. It's unique compared to the notebook because you can pack a lot more performance in a desktop". Desktops have larger screens, massive memory space and fast performance which give the reason why they are valuable to most of the people.

Cook proudly wrote that Apple's latest iMac is the most excellent desktop ever made with its 5k Retina as best desktop display in the current generation.

In the said meeting board, as reported in Tech Crunch, the Apple's CEO answered that culture and people is the company's differentiator. He said that people and environment greatly contribute to the company's vast innovation willpower. The "change the world" and "good is not good enough" point of view of world is what pushes the company to come up with best and remarkable products and upgrades.

He also emphasizes that the company would continuously focus on the betterment of their products' software and hardware to convey the greatness that only Apple can do.
