'Mass Effect : Andromeda' Latest Development: Game Characters Will Be Built On Face Scans; Limited Access To Andromeda
Keisuke Akio"Mass Effect: Andromeda" creative director Mac Walters has recently discussed the upcoming developments about the game's characters. He confirmed to a fan that all of the personas, including customizable ones, would be built on face scans.
Walters also gave essential information about the Tempest, which is the ship players will be operating to discover the Andromeda galaxy in search for a new home. On a Twitter post, he confirmed that in "Mass Effect: Andromeda," the Tempest might not have access to the wholeness of the galaxy. It is most likely that the creative team is leaving the door open for future enhancements for games set in Andromeda.
With a release set for 2017, "Mass Effect: Andromeda" will come with a PlayStation 4 Pro upkeep, which has yet to be detailed in full. On the other hand, producer Michael Gamble recently said in an interview with Stevivor that the team currently has no plans for Project Scorpio support -- at least for now. He said pretty much the same about a possible Switch version, which he noted may come only if there is sufficient market demand.
Gamble also talked about current-gen improvements that will be infused on "Mass Effect Andromeda." He said that because of the current-gen enhancements, the team was able to develop the galaxy map and create a host of other things such as creating remarkable alien worlds with two suns, and bizarre blue moons, and all kind of cool stuff.
Meanwhile, Bioware, recently launched a sale on "Mass Effect" merchandise, such as accessories, apparels, fighter replicas and a lot more. It seems that the team is gearing up for the impending release of "Mass Effect: Andromeda" by doing aggressive advertising. Keep posted on this site for further developments.
