The cast and crew of "Outlander" Season 3 are officially back in production now that their holiday break is over. This information was confirmed by Sam Heughan himself.

In the said video, Heughan announced that he and his co-star, Caitriona Balfe, will be present at the Emerald City Comic-Con in Seattle in March. Clearly, the on-screen couple is on the set of "Outlander" Season 3, which confirms that they have, indeed, returned to filming.

Before the holiday break, Claire, played by Balfe, and Jamie, played by Heughan, became separated by different time lines. However, it has been reported that Claire will be making her way back to the stones in the hopes of finding Jamie. She had initially thought that he died at the Battle of Culloden and will be pleasantly surprised when she finds him at the print shop - where he is working.

According to the report, Claire will seem to be a changed woman following their "very beautiful" reunion. For the past two seasons, Claire was a stubborn and quick-tempered lady. Now, though, when "Outlander" Season 3 returns, Claire is expected to mellow down a bit.

This particular scene is one of the key scenes of "Outlander" Season 3. It is derived from Diana Gabaldon's third book, "Voyager." "I think it was written very beautifully," Caitriona Balfe revealed to Entertainment Weekly. "Matt Roberts wrote it. It has every emotion in it - the excitement, the nerves, everything."

Caitriona Balfe has been traveling a lot lately. She was recently at Los Angeles for the Golden Globes. Now, she is back in Scotland to return to filming for "Outlander" Season 3. In a while, the actress will be flying to South Africa and will soon be heading back to the United States. Balfe is easily one of the TV industry's most hardworking actresses.
