‘One Punch Man’ Season 2: Saitama Attends Tournament Disguised With A Wig; Garou Starts War Against Heroes?
Caitlin Moore"One Punch Man" Season 2 air date is yet to be confirmed by Madhouse Entertainment but spoilers about what's going to happen in the upcoming episodes are already making the rounds online. Latest speculations surrounding the anime claimed that the bald hero Saitama is going to attend a martial arts tournament. Interestingly, he will look for a wig for a disguise before attending the tournament, which will lead him to Garou who started a war with heroes, reportedly.
A report by Christian Times claimed that Saitama will be engaged in a fight in the above-mentioned tournament where some new heroes and enemies may also be introduced. But before the most powerful hero alive heads to the tournament, he will meet Garou as he looks for a wig according to the anime's manga counterpart. During this time in the manga, Garou already declared a war against heroes and seeing Saitama made him paranoid.
He actually thought that Saitama was after him because he is a hero hunter. For this reason, he punched the B-Class Rank 7 professional hero of the Hero Association. This angered Saitama so he retaliated with the same attack that knocked out Garou.
Interestingly, Saitama did not appear to do anything on Garou in the first place. He was just looking for a wig that he could wear in the martial arts tournament. The wig is said to be important as the hero needs it for his disguise.
However, if "One Punch Man" manga is to be considered, a previous report by NewsEveryday claimed that Season 2 may begin with the revelation of King's real identity. Reportedly, King is not the strongest hero everybody believes him to be. He is just a simple man who loves playing video games and took credit from Saitama who killed his former attacker.
"One Punch Man" Season 2 is reportedly scheduled to air in mid-2017. Earlier reports suggested that it would arrive around October. Fans, however, are advised to take spoilers and speculations with a grain of salt until Madhouse Entertainment confirms details about the new season.
