Millions of people love the "Harvest Moon" series because of the interesting gameplay. Farming life is all about hard work and the peaceful scenery involving nature. Now, another game from XSEED garners the elements from the farming simulation games. This game is "Story of the Seasons: Trio of Towns." As mentioned by Gematsu, the game will be launched in North America on February 28 for the Nintendo 3DS platform. With this game, fans of the older series will rekindle their passion in farming and aspirations in life through this game.

The in-game costumes boosts the player like in RPG games

Players know that the equipment such as armor and boots boost their characters in RPG games. Now, "Story of the Seasons: Trio of Towns" features the "Super Mario Bros." costumes that boost the players in the game also. Costumes such as Mario and Luigi's overalls are obtainable in the game. Much like the previous crossovers from "Super Mario" series, the Fire Flower, Super Star, and Mushroom were in the game even though some fans thought of it as pointless.

Notable characters' costumes in the game

Mario and Luigi's outfit and hat are in the game. Mario's overalls can give players a boost in running while Luigi's overalls will give players a boost in luck at fishing. In addition, Toad's outfit and Princess Peach's dress are in the game as well. In line with the personality of the owner of the outfits, Princess Peach's dress will boost charisma, thus, it will build relationships faster. On the other hand, Toad's outfit regenerates stamina. According to Gematsu, the game will cost $39.99 and those who pre-order "Story of the Seasons: Trio of Towns" will receive a limited Capybara plushie. Siliconera mentioned the release of the game in Europe, which is in the first quarter of this year.
