Nokia Android smartphone could be on the cards as per the latest reports. In the course of responding to user queries in Weibo, HMD global, the brand owner of Nokia revealed that the company would be launching its new flagship premium smartphone.

Reports also reveal that the company has confirmed that the latest Snapdragon 835 processor will power the alleged Nokia Android smartphones.  However, they have also revealed that the device will take some more time. This implies that HMD global would probably launch the smartphone by the end of the year 2017, as reported by Gadgets 360.

Reports suggest that the company's responses on Weibo regarding bringing Snapdragon 835 for the upcoming flagship have been confirmed. Although HMD global may take some more time the Qualcomm processor will indeed be featured in the Nokia Android run high-end flagship device.

Look Out For Nokia P1 Flagship At MWC 2017

The upcoming smartphone is dubbed as Nokia P1, and it will be an Android based device. It will be a premium device from Nokia at a high price of $800. The device is rumored to feature a 5.3-inch Gorilla Glass QHD display shipping with 6 GB of RAM. The upcoming flagship Nokia Android phone could be showcased at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) event 2017, as reported by Digit.

Nokia Will Launch Its New 18.4-inch Tablet Soon

The company is also expected to launch the 18.4-inch display Android-run tablet, which will also be powered by the Snapdragon 835 SoC, packed with 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The device is rumored to be equipped with a12 MP camera on both rear and front side. The device is said that it will come with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

Further updates for the Nokia Android smartphones will be confirmed at the MWC 2017, where Nokia will most likely showcase its new line of Android-based smartphones and tablets.
