'Pokemon Go' 12th Nest Migration Now Live; Niantic Compelled to Pay for Permits in Milwaukee County

The 12th "Pokemon Go" nest migration is now live changing nest species worldwide and hopefully players get to enjoy hunting verified Pokemon nests at the Global Nest Atlas where specific species spawn reliably. These verified Pokemon nests have gone away and the new nest-mapping effort has started.

"For the 12th time, Nest species have changed globally! Help us map your local nests so all can benefit, travelers," according to the folks at The Silph Road. Players were advised to stock up on supplies if they have to go on nest hunting once the nest migration hits to help scout out new nests but to track "Pokemon Go" nest migrations is not just about hunting new nests but also about learning when would be the best time to take advantage of information collected from the previous nest migration.

Apparently, the Global Nest Atlas is the best tool in tracking nest locations, which is a crowdsourced that asks players to verify their reported nests. For example, the further away "Pokemon Go" players get from a nest migration, the higher the chances that the new data of Nest Atlas is verified.

In other "Pokemon Go" news, developer Niantic Labs might also be compelled to pay for permits to enable the game in Milwaukee County Parks although this may not affect players outside the state. It may also be tricky for players to catch those reported Gen 2 Pokemon, according to Express.

Milwaukee Record said that the park is trying to release an ordinance that requires virtual and location-based augmented reality games to apply for permits and pay for them in Milwaukee County Parks except in areas designated with permits for use by the Director of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Culture. This all stems from the turmoil caused by "Pokemon Go" launch last summer and the ordinance is effective Jan. 1, 2017.

Stay tuned for more "Pokemon Go" updates. Meanwhile, check out the game's hack 1.23.1 / 0.53.1 that can now be downloaded that doesn't require jailbreak on iOS devices.
