"Reign" Season 4 Episode 2 is set to deal with the challenges of the three Queens; Mary, Elizabeth and Catherine. However, the historical TV drama seems to have lost a number of fans as the ratings of the premiere episode is not as exceptional as before.

As per the synopsis of "Reign" Season 4 Episode 2 titled "A Gain of Deception" from Showbiz Junkies, Mary will try figure out who among her advisors is a traitor. The Queen cannot fully trust her circle as long as a spy is lurking within her camp so she is determined to unmask the culprit immediately.

Elizabeth, on the other hand, will ask for Narcisse's help to execute a plan to reach supremacy on "Reign" Season 4 Episode 2. It remains to be seen if Narcisse will do it voluntarily or will he help the Queen in exchange of a favor.

As it seems, Elizabeth is not the only one who will do what it takes to get to her goal. Catherine is now desperate to reclaim her powers and she will apparently make an extreme move that will surprise fans.

Meanwhile, the ratings of "Reign" Season 4 premiere fell at 0.2 according to a report by Cartermatt. This is not the expected number that the first episode should get given the high anticipation of fans. Does this mean that viewers are no longer interested to see the show? Well, it's early to say for now.

There's a lot more to explore in "Reign" Season 4 especially in the upcoming episodes where Mary will get another husband and will birth a child. This is the final season of the hit drama so fans may expect rich storylines as the show leads to its conclusion.

"Reign" Season 4 Episode 2 air date is on Feb. 17 and hopefully, its ratings would pick up a higher number. In the meantime, check out the preview of the upcoming episode below.
