Nintendo Switch Shipped Early By Mistake, Switch Features Leaked Online [video]
JPA lucky video game player has just received a Nintendo Switch two week before the new hybrid game console hit the shelves on March 3. According to reports, a retailer mistakenly sent out the new Nintendo game console earlier than the March 3 Nintendo Switch release date.
As the March 3 Nintendo Switch release date comes closer, more and more alleged leaked information about the new hybrid game console are surfacing online. Just recently, a leaked document containing what is said to be the developer tools information of the Switch has surfaced online.
The leaked developer tools revealed that the Nintendo Switch GPU will still be Maxwell Architecture rather than the Paschal based GPU that was earlier reported. However, the said leaked document contain the Nintendo Switch development stage information. This means Nintendo may have already placed a few upgrades to the new video game console before its release in March.
Now, not only a Nintendo Switch document is leaked but the video game console itself has been released ahead of the supposed shipping date. A retailer allegedly sent the video game console by mistake two weeks ahead of the March 3 Nintendo Switch release date.
According to GameSpot, a NeoGAF user who goes by the username hiphoptherobot has received the Nintendo Switch video game console earlier than expected. A picture of the console was posted on NeoGAF and to further prove the early delivery, a video was also published.
One of the Nintendo Switch features that was seen in the video that was not previously known is that the hybrid game console will have 25.9GB of free memory out of the box. The hybrid console's memory can be further expanded up to 2TB using microSDXC cards.
The Nintendo Switch will officially be shipped on March 3. The hybrid video game console retails at $300.
