‘Nioh’ Exceeds 1 Million In Sales; All Players Get Free ‘Golden Nioh Armor’ To Celebrate In Patch Update 1.04 & More
CJ Estimada"Nioh" celebrates as its sales go past one million worldwide in both retail and digital for PlayStation 4. It was announced by publisher Koei Tecmo via its official Twitter page. The highly-rated action RPG released February 7 has reaped heaps of positive reviews from critics and the gaming population alike for its fantastical Japanese setting and unique combat styles.
By way of celebrating this new benchmark, "Nioh" is giving away a Golden Nioh Armor for all the players. Even with its shortage in stocks, the game still manages to hit the one million mark milestone globally. The armor will be available to players on the version 1.04 update.
"Nioh" Patch Update 1.04
Players should be able to download 'Nioh" update as it's available February 24. The Golden Armor is added as a bonus. It will not be included in the player's inventory from the get go. Players must first access the Shrine and get the DLC from the Boons menu. The stats of the armor haven't been revealed but this Golden Armor will surely help William topple his opponents.
According to PlayStation LifeStyle.net, because of an unforeseen issue in 1.04 that allowed players to get very high level equipment after a specific volume of forging, Team Ninja has already released Nioh update 1.05. This makes the prospect of gaining very high level equipment much lower than before, as was originally projected.
"Nioh's" Widespread Popularity
"Nioh" has established a steady amount of success throughout the release and that popularity converted to solid sales so far. A couple of weeks in the gaming arena and yet the patrons' support is overwhelming. A sequel would be something to look forward to. Most people are already calling it one of the best games of 2017. "Nioh" is available on PlayStation 4 via the PlayStation Store and the nearest retailer for a physical copy. Furthermore, it's extending the early-purchase campaign up to March 1, writes Siliconera.
