‘Gears Of War 4’ Launches Tougher Horde Playlist, Double XP Offered [VIDEO]
Pia MerciThe Coalition's "Gears of War 4" will be offering a new weekend-only Horde playlist and giving out double class XP. It is the first-ever playlist for a variant of Horde which is called the Feral Horde. The playlist will start today and will be ending on February 27.
The Federal Horde focuses on intensifying each wave, changing the composition per wave to concentrate on endless pressure and beating. It also features new waves that are filled with substantial amounts of Explosive Trackers, Swarm Grenadiers, DR-1's, Dropshot Scions and more, according to The Coalition.
The Federal Horde's difficulty is automatically set to Hardcore. This means that it will surely bring up a challenge even for elite players. The event will eventually available in a single map which is the Clocktower.
Players that will be participating in the Feral Horde event can earn up to three Swarm character skins. Completing 50 waves in the event will unlock players the Tiger Skin, 100 waves is the Cheetah Skin, and 200 waves is the Snow Leopard Skin. However, in order to earn the skins, players will make sure to register first on the official website.
A Feral Horde Pack will also be available for players to purchase for 400 Credits that will include two new Feral Weapon skin and a higher chance to earn Epic Horde Skills compared to the standard Horde Booster Gear Packs.
Furthermore, players can receive double class XP for the weekend not exclusive to the Feral Horde but also for Private and Public playlists as well. Players are also required to finish the tasks before February 28 for them to receive the rewards which will be sent out by March 31.
"Gears of War 4" is a third-person shooting game that was developed by The Coalition and published by Microsoft Studios. The game can be played on either PC or Xbox One.
