Samsung has launched its La Fleur edition for some of its Galaxy smartphones in Russia, just in time for Valentine's Day.
Starting Feb.1, the La Fleur variants of the Samsung devices will hit the Russian shelves. Samsung is yet to disclose when the La Fleur editions will be made available in other parts of the world as well.
Earlier in Nov. 2012, rumors were rife that the Samsung Galaxy S3 would don a new La Fleur avatar. Reports pointed to a January 2013 launch of the La Fleur edition, which has a flower print on both the front and back.
The new La Fleur editions, per the Hi-Tech report, are available for five Samsung smartphones: the Galaxy S3, Galaxy S3 Mini, Galaxy S Duos, Galaxy Ace Duos, and Galaxy Ace 2. The La Fleur edition is targeted at women and is available in both red and white.
The pricing and the specs for the La Fleur editions remain unchanged. The only difference is the exterior, which sports a flowery print.
With Samsung outing the La Fleur editions in time for Valentine's Day, it seems Nokia and Motorola have company.
What do you think of the La Fleur edition? Will you be picking one up this Valentine's Day?
