"Red Dead Redemption 2" photos were leaked in the internet and it has left gamers speculate that a new installment will be launched in E3 2016.
It was reported that screenshot images of the game were posted on Reddit a couple days ago, which was taken from a former Rockstar San Diego artist, Matt Clyne's portfolio. The leaked photo revealed that the game was running on a new RAGE Engine, reported by iDigitalTimes.
The user who posted them was identified as KDotMatrix, who made a post on the site saying, "I'd note the chromatic aberration on the poles and other objects in the image, a small point of contention in GTA V," according to Gamepur.
"Chromatic aberration has become increasingly prevalent in modern triple-A games as of late. Here's a screenshot that shows the effect in the PC version of GTA V. This was also present on the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game," the post continued.
Despite the leaked photo of the "Red Dead Redemption 2," another gamer and a Reddit user named Gaudynights visited the Rockstar official website and discovered inactive links that allegedly proposes the developer's plan to release two "Red Dead" installments in the future.
According to Gaudynights, "Games 11 and 112. Remember that RDR is game 1 and RDR:UN is game 111. So there are two game pages linked that follow the number format to mean they are associated with RDR," reported by GameRant.
"When you try to visit those pages they 404, like the error says, but the fact that the error exists means there is code on the games list set up to direct to them when they do exist. My guesses would be maybe the new RDR game and a remaster of RDR?" the post continued.
Meanwhile, it was rumored that the "Red Dead Redemption 2" will be released in 2017. However, if the speculations were not true, fans were looking forward for a higher-definition remaster version of the Rockstar's western action-adventure game.
As of the moment, Rockstar San Diego confirmed that will not release any new games this year on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, Express.co.uk reported.
