A new map was recently added to "Overwatch" that also contained some bugs and glitches. The newest map, Ecopoint: Antartica, is set at Mei's old research facility where she was cryogenically frozen.

Players around the world is reportedly reacting to some players abusing the new map's bug to take unfair advantages during the game. This "Overwatch" new map Ecopoint: Antartica bug allows the character Mei to access restricted areas and attack enemies through the walls.

On "Overwatch" Reddit and official "Overwatch" forums, players are reporting a similar story. They say that during the 3v3 match at the Ecopoint: Antartica, the opposing team using Mei, are using these glitches to win the game.

According to iDigitalTimes report, the basics of this Mei glitch revolves around her Ice Wall. Using this character, if you head into a specific corner of the map, crouch and then put an Ice Wall underneath you, the game will put you on top of the room, in a restricted place where you shouldn't able to access.

The same site also gives warning to the players abusing the glitch. They cited that Blizzard loves to ban people who use exploits in "Overwatch." In July 2016, some players found a way to crash the game using a certain character. Anyone who used this exploit, even if they were just testing it out, were banned by Blizzard.

It is still unclear whether any other character can access the restricted area and do the glitch. In the Mic report, they say some Reddit users have all reported similar issues, specifically involving Mei in an opposing team.

Many curious players may seems want to try this Ecopoint: Antartica glitch, but this is a very risky business. If you love "Overwatch," it is better for you not to try this bug or else you might be permanently banned from the game.
