Since its official announcement at the Las Vegas CES 2017, AMD has been generally quiet about anything that has to do with its newest AMD Ryzen CPU. Though the tech company has been providing tidbits of info about the details of the Ryzen CPU features, uncertainty still remains as to the real score about the AMD Ryzen.

AMD has unveiled quite a number of new AMD Ryzen CPUs in the recently concluded CES 2017 tech event. Though there are still no announcements from AMD as to the official AMD Ryzen CPU release date, a number of tech and gadget experts are in consensus that the new powerful CPUs from AMD will hit the shelves within February 27 to March 3, 2017. Why the said timeframe?

According to Extremetech, AMD has unveiled its plan to launch the AMD Ryzen CPU at the Game Developers Conference event which will happen within the above-mentioned timeframe. Though AMD has already edited its post concerning the GDC event to remove all inkling of an AMD Ryzen release, some netizens captured a before-edit screenshot of AMD's post which conspicuously includes an invitation for the introduction of the AMD Ryzen CPU.

The timeframe indicated also matches the target schedule of AMD to release its Ryzen CPU. It can be remembered that AMD actually made a pronouncement that it is targeting a Q1 AMD Ryzen CPU release date.

Another key information about the new processor that has generated a lot of rumors is the AMD Ryzen CPU price. Though the new powerful processor is said to be able to fight toe-to-toe against Intel's powerful units, pundits believe that AMD will not make the AMD Ryzen CPU as expensive. Experts believe that the AMD Ryzen CPU price once it hits the shelves with be pegged between $400-$500.
