New reports suggest that Google Play Services 10.2 version will be releasing a new amazing feature which will make it easier for users to use mobile hotspot. Tethering will now be made easier for Android smartphone users.

According to Android Police, this new amazing feature coming from the Google developers will be called the Instant Tethering. This feature will link up devices which are connected with user's Google account. It will not be difficult anymore to stay online once a connection tends to suddenly drop. A good example will be if a smartphone user loses connection, there will be pop up notification if another device would want to tether to a device. There will be no additional setup and Bluetooth can be used to negotiate the connection.

It will even show the battery level of user's other device. Moreover, the feature will also be helpful when people would want to connect their tablet to a phone. Definitely, this tethering should work out once there's an available cellular connection among the gadgets.

According to The Verge, the Instant Tethering feature will first be experienced by Nexus and Pixel users. Through this, the Nexus 9 and Pixel C tablets can have the connections coming from a Pixel device. Some of the Nexus and Pixel handset owners were reporting that only few of them can experience the new feature coming from Google. Also, the Google team is still not releasing any statement regarding the availability of Instant Tethering for other Android users.

Furthermore, there are also possibilities that Chrome OS users can also experience Instant Tethering as Google Play and Android can run in these devices. This Instant Tethering feature is undoubtedly an amazing innovation which can bridge the gap of Google's operating systems and low-cost laptops. Check out Mobile & Apps for more updates!
