After clearing China's TENAA and the US FCC, receiving WiFi certification and making an appearance in benchmark listings, the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro has recently been spotted in China.

Not too long ago, Samsung gave smartphone lovers a brief glimpse at the black colored model of the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro at Samsung Forum 2017. The device was expected to be unveiled alongside the Galaxy C7 Pro; however, its announcement was pushed back with the reason behind the delay remaining unknown.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core chipset, clocked at 2.0 GHz will most likely be firing up the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro. The device will sport a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display (1080 x 1920 pixels) Full-HD resolution with 424 PPI (pixels per inch). The C5 Pro will be housed in a metal body and sport a new antenna design.

Moreover, the device will pack 4GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot. In the photography front, the Galaxy C5 Pro could boast 16MP cameras equipped with dual-LED flash. The Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro will be up for grabs for 2499 Yuan, which converts to about $360, SamMobile reported.

Earlier this month, a Twitter handle (@mmddj_china) posted images of the Black Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro exhibited at Samsung Forum 2017 in China. The tweet cited a Weibo user (Twitter handle, @Vetrax) for the post. Aside from the newly divulged Black variant, the device will also be available in a slew of other color options including Rose Gold, Champagne Gold, and Blue.

Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro will pack a robust 3000mAh battery and run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with Samsung's proprietary user interface running on top.

It's worth noting that Samsung's smartphones bearing the letter "C" are more often than not exclusively designed for the Chinese market, meaning, even if the device is released in other countries such as U.S. and the UK, it's safe to conclude that China will be the company's top priority for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro
