It's Official, Xiaomi Will Unveil The Mi 6 & Mi 6 Plus On April 19

Before the Xiaomi's announcement, leaks for the Mi 6 has been circulating the web for some time now. The news finally puts down the rumors about the premier smartphone.
The phone model reportedly has two variants; the Mi 6 has a 5.15-inch full HD display. The larger Mi 6 Plus will have a bigger display real estate will 5.7-inch full HD screen.
Both units will impress consumers with its metal and glass incorporated body. As a premium, the Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus will come in with a fingerprint scanner at the front of the smartphone.
Rumors have suggested that the capacitive buttons will integrate with the fingerprint scanner. The Mi 6 model will allegedly have a larger home button to accommodate the new feature.
It's likely that both Mi 6 units will sport a Snapdragon 835 SoC during the launch. However, Xiaomi has not yet released the official specification of the devices the upcoming smartphones.
Consumers that are looking to know the phone's specs might have to wait for the official unveil on April 19. The two handsets will be Xiaomi's latest line of products this year.
After the launch, insiders have speculated that the phone will afterward hit India's market. Xiaomi is getting all in the attention in the country after a survey revealed that their consumers prefer the brand over Apple and Samsung.
Other markets would expect the phone months after the launch due to restrictions. All in All, the company new flagship devices are sure to give its rivals a run for its money.
