MacBook Pro And MacBook Air 2016 Rumors: Apple Laptops No Longer Coming?

Could it be possible that Apple will no longer produce an updated version of MacBook Pro and MacBook Air this 2016?

While Apple fans have been excited to get a glimpse of the highly-anticipated devices, the latest rumors hinted that one of them may no longer arrive while the other's release may take a while.

It can be noted that for the past months, a lot of speculations have claimed that MacBook Pro 2016 would be introduced during the American tech giant's Worldwide Developer's Conference in June. However, the event already passed by but no announcement about it was ever made.

According to Yibada, Apple users must not lose hope since the upgraded MacBook Pro could still arrive within the year, along with a minor iteration.

As hinted by John Gruber, the 3.5 mm jack would no longer be part of the upcoming portable computer, something which can only be validated after iPhone 7 comes out sans the traditional port.

Another potential indicator that the unit will surely be released before the year ends is the fact that the non-Retina MacBook Pro models have reportedly been removed already both from the Apple website and its retail stores.

Meanwhile, contrary to the bright future ahead for the MacBook Pro 2016, a report from Mashable suggested that the MacBook Air would no longer receive any updates.

Accordingly, with the specs that the latter boasts of, it can be declared that the iPad Pro could be its new successor.

The MacBook Air, being the entry level laptop of Apple, if will not be updated, it would somehow become a waste of money if a user would pick it. The report noted then that it seems wiser to invest on an iPad Pro rather than on a MacBook Air.

Keep posted for more updates and rumors about the MacBook Pro 2016 and the upgraded MacBook Air.
