EA DICE is set to release "Battlefield Premium" which will arrive in addition to a fifth expansion pack of "Battlefield 3," revealed some latest reports.

The developers, thus far, have already released "Back to Karkand" and previously announced the forthcoming arrival of "Close Quarters" on June 12, "Armored Kill" this fall and "End Game" during the holidays. The news was reported by Battlefieldo, citing "a very reliable source" that had revealed a host of forthcoming updates and information that "Battlefield 3" would be receiving in the following months. Battlefieldo also claims that an unnamed fifth expansion pack is all set for a March 2013 release.

"Battlefield Premium will land you a number of content drops with unique in-game items not available anywhere else," according to a description provided to Battlefieldo. "First out is the one-of-a-kind Premium knife and black dog tag, plus a set of soldier camos, weapon camos, dog tags and Assignments that will make sure you stand out and get more personalization options."

Nothing much has been said about the new "Battlefield Premium" as of now, but it is believed that the service could include the game's downloadable content similar to the way "Call of Duty Elite" includes all of "Modern Warfare 3" DLCs.

Although neither EA nor DICE have officially confirmed the existence of "Battlefield Premium," it is reportedly scheduled for release on June 4. That date is quite noteworthy as it is the same day as EA's E3 press conference. The Premium could be revealed and released on the same day before any other DLC packs are released.

Apart from this, a strategy guide is also expected to be released sometime in June. The guide will help the gamer get the upper hand in the game and will look to teach as to how the gamer can improve and become an even more skilled player, according to a 1up.com report.
