The month of April is nearing its end and users are Android devices are impatiently waiting for May 15 when the Google I/O kick starts in San Francisco's Moscone Center.
With the start of the three-day conference, many people will have many expectations as there are already three to four major things linked to the event.
Android's next version, Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, is the biggest among all the rumored products to be launched during the Google I/O.
Apart from the Key Lime Pie, other products like Google-Motorola X phone, Nexus 5 and a new version of Nexus 4 with 32 GB and LTE are also rumored to be arriving on the main stage for the first time.
With the time there are different reports and rumors about Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie's existence abd features. But the most important thing is which are the devices that will get the Key Lime Pie after its launch and which device will be the torchbearer or the launch-pad for the latest Android version.
Many rumors suggest that the Google-Motorola's rumored smartphone, X Phone, will come with Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie running on it and both the Google products will be launched at the same time. However, many others are of the view that since Google launched the last two version of Android on Nexus device, the trend will continue this time too.
The reports about the trend sparked a new rumor about the existence of Nexus 5. Many rumors suggest that Motorola X phone and Nexus 5 are one device only and the device will be launched during the Google I/O, but later the reports were termed as rumors.
Other reports suggest that instead of launching the Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie on an all new Nexus 5 smartphone, Google is planning to bring an updated Nexus 4 that will come with 32 GB of storage space and CDMA and LTE connectivity.
However, some recent reports suggest that the Nexus 5 device does exist and but the launch of the device will not take place next month by any chance.
As there are only three weeks left for the Google I/O people are getting ready for the day when Google and Motorola announce their new product (Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie and X phone or Nexus) officially.
